- Self-monitoring skills: Teach the students to set personal goals and to keep track of their behaviors. They must identify their problem before they can solve it.
- Self-management: Help students become more aware of their behaviors. Identify which behavior needs to be changed, where it mostly occurs, set the goal, then identify reinforcers and consequences.
